KONG

The founder of KONG is Joe Markham. The KONG story begins in 1970 with Joe and his beloved dog Fritz, who had some destructive chewing habits. After trying different toys and training with little success, Joe was fixing the suspension on a vehicle and threw out a snowman-shaped rubber part, which Fritz began to play with and chew. Other than destructive items like rocks and sticks, this was the first “toy” Fritz was interested in. Joe got the message, and the KONG Classic toy was born

All rubber toys are manufactured at our facilities in the USA. The rest of our product line is produced across the world with a network of manufacturing partners.

Yes! Our first priority is making sure KONG toys are non-toxic and safe for your dog to enjoy. KONG toys and treats are tested for safety. Our rubber is all natural and our treats are manufactured in North America. Our products are made with FDA-approved materials and routinely tested for product safety.

General Information

KONG Box is a monthly subscription box for your favorite pup! Each month your dog is provided with KONG toys and treats.

In every KONG Box, you’ll get one KONG Rubber Toy, one KONG non-rubber toy, three KONG treats, helpful training tips, and a KONG recipe card. In your first box, enjoy a free KONG Classic toy - on us!

The price of your KONG Box depends on how many boxes you decide you want!
Month-to-Month box - $49.95/box
6 Boxes - $44.95/box

Note: Each subscription style is scheduled to auto-renew

Yes! If your pup doesn't know their own chewing strength, and is getting through our classic average red rubber, you can update your profile to the "Extreme Chewer" option. This will update the style of rubber toys in each box. We'll carefully curate your KONG Box to include durable toys for your chew-happy dog

At this time we are able to add one food allergy to each KONG Box subscription. The allergies we are able to customize for are Beef, Chicken, Pork, Dairy, Gluten/Grain, or Peanut Butter. You can update allergy options under "Profile Details".

At this time, KONG Box is only available within the 50 states. It is not eligible for international shipping.

You can expect your KONG Box to arrive in about 10 days from the date your order is created.

Shipping is always free! Please note that orders to Alaska and Hawaii may take 15-20 days before arrival.

Billing occurs right before each shipment. We do not process the billing for the whole subscription agreement upfront.

When you complete your pet profile we select toys that fit their unique size, chewing style and personality. Unless your pups share the same profile, every box is unique to your individual dog's needs.

We do not offer a discount for multi-dog households.

No, we always aim to suprise and delight!

No, we cannot add extra toys. Right now we select the toys for your box based on the information you provide in their dog profile.

No, KONG Box is only available for dogs.

KONG Box Customer Account

You may need to activate your online login. Select the login page and then "Activate your account". Complete the form and insert the same email you used when signing up for the subscription.

"Go to "My Account" and select "Address Information" to edit your address. Changes will reflect on future boxes.

If you have already received a confirmation email, it is too late to change the processing order's shipping address with this form. Please reach out to customer support."

You will receive an email with updated tracking information once your order has been shipped. Additionally, you can review your most recent tracking number on your online login under the “Orders” page.

Yes! You can update your pups profile through your KONG Box login. Select "Product Details", click "edit", and select the option you want from the drop down menu. After these changes are saved, the updates will be applied for your next order.

If accessing through a mobile device, select "Address Information" to access drop down menu and then select "Profile Details".

You can pause your subscription for up to three months. Email customer support at support@kongbox.com and they can assist you further.

Of course we encourage members to stay with the pack but we understand that sometimes life happens and members may need to cancel.

Members who have paid full price for the first box may cancel at anytime with no fees. Members who have enrolled for our 6 box subscription with a promotion may cancel with a one-time $19.95 cancellation fee.
Members who have enrolled for our 12 box subscription with a promotion may cancel with a one-time $24.95 cancellation fee.
