Delivery Policy
After you place your first order, our team immediately goes to work “paw-picking” your pup’s first box! Your first box leaves our warehouse within 48 hours and arrives between 7 and 10 days of ordering. The moment your box ships, we will send you tracking information so you can see the delivery progress. Subsequent orders are scheduled on the same timeline as your first order.

Return Policy
We understand that customers occasionally like to return a box they have received. In this case, you can return any unopened box to the address below for a full refund. If your box has been opened, we are unable to process your return. We recommend that you keep or gift your box to a dog in need.

Cancellation Policy
With KONG Box, you are able to cancel your subscription at any time. If you are currently on our 6- or 12-box subscription and would like to cancel your current subscription, you can contact customer support via email or phone. Refund Policy
We will process a full refund for any lost shipments, mis-shipments, or unopened box returns! Our mission is to help you and your pet play and spend more time together. We can typically resolve issues by shipping a replacement toy, treat, or box, depending on the problem.
