Delivery Policy
After you place your first order, our team immediately goes to work “paw-picking” your pup’s first box! Your first box leaves our warehouse within 48 hours and arrives between 7 and 10 days of ordering. The moment your box ships, we will send you tracking information so you can see the delivery progress. Subsequent orders are scheduled on the same timeline as your first order.

 

Return Policy 
We understand that customers occasionally like to return a box they have received. In this case, you can return any unopened box to the address below for a full refund. If your box has been opened, we are unable to process your return. Please note the customer is responsible for costs incurred in shipping. KONG Box is unable to provide return shipping labels. We recommend that you keep or gift your box to a dog in need.

Membership Cancelation

With KONG Box, our cancelation policy is simple.

  • Month to Month Members - No Cancelation Fees
  • 6 Box Members - $19.95 Cancelation Fee
  • 12 Box Members- $24.95 Cancelation Fee

Please email or call us with any questions or concerns and one of our friendly team members will be sure to provide any assistance needed.

Dogs need to play and we encourage members to stay with the pack. Keep in mind that at any time you can pause your next box.

 

Auto-Renewal

YOUR SUBSCRIPTION IS CONTINUOUS AND WILL AUTO RENEW UNTIL YOU CANCEL. UPON AUTO RENEWAL YOU WILL MAINTAIN YOUR CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION SAVINGS, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE CONVERTED TO MONTH TO MONTH AND YOU MAY CANCEL ANYTIME WITH NO CANCELLATION FEES.

 

Refund Policy

We will process a full refund or resend your box for any lost shipments, mis-shipments, or unopened box returns! Our mission is to help you and your pet play and spend more time together. We can typically resolve issues by shipping a replacement toy, treat, or box, depending on the problem.

 

KONG BOX: 60 Day Satisfaction Guarantee
At KONG Box, we stand behind our products and quality controls. If you are not satisfied* with a KONG product you received in your KONG Box, we will gladly provide you with a product replacement.
You must submit your request within 60 days of the date of receiving to support@kongbox.com

KONG Box reserves the right to deny Guarantee requests in its sole discretion if it determines that a customer is abusing the Guarantee or has engaged in fraud.
*Replacements are available for allergies and destroyed or damaged toys.
